The Jarrett Signature rifle epitomizes custom rifle craftsmanship. It has taken twenty-five years to bring together the technology represented in the “Signature”. It is truly a manifestation of what we have learned and continue to learn about the rifle making craft. The Jarrett Signature is truly a product of American ingenuity. It is 100% Jarrett. The barrel, Tri-Lock receiver, and stock are all made by us.
We
chamber the Signature rifle in any modern chamber with a
suggested barrel length of 25 inches. On 30 caliber and
above we recommend a muzzle brake. The barrel has a 1/10th
of a thousandth deviation standard from breech to muzzle.
The industry standard for deviation in bench rest barrels
is 3/10th of a thousandth. In factory barrels it is often
5/10ths of a thousandth! When this kind of precision is
attained, great things happen in accuracy.
The
second precision component of the Signature is the Jarrett
Tri-Lock receiver. Its three lug feature unilaterally supports
the case head. The Tri-Lock also features a bolt bushing
that adds to concentric alignment and seals the action during
firing. The Tri-Lock has super quick lock time, minimizing
aim drift during firing. The action is made of space age
materials, including the receiver body which is 15-5 stainless.
The Tri-Lock is machined in a stress free fashion using
state of the art CNC and EDM equipment.
We
also offer our Signature rifle in a rich wood, finished
and checkered in English gun room quality. All metals will
be finished in our weather resistant phenolic resin treatment.
All Signature rifles are equipped with Talley rings and
bases. They are the best in the business, and can be delivered
with quick-detach levers or the standard clamping screw.
We
offer our experience in scope selection. We feel the Leupold
is the best scope for the money and Swarovski is the best
there is available today. Kahles is also good. We’ve been
using them since 1979. The scope and mounts you use on your
rifle is very relative to its accuracy and performance.
Our accuracy guarantee is 1/2 M.O.A. at 100 yards on all 30
caliber or smaller chambering’s. Everything above 30 caliber
is 7/10ths or better. The customer receives 20 loaded rounds
with the rifle, the load, ballistics print out, and the
last three targets that it shot. If wood or custom engraving
is ordered the time frame is a little longer. The rifle
is guaranteed. We can’t warranty barrel wear or damage to
finishes.
